This is a faster, more environmentally friendly method and, for Tullow plc, a more cost-effective way for shareholders to receive annual reports and other shareholder documents once these are available.

Why e-communications?

Current legislation enables companies to communicate with their shareholders electronically.

An election to receive shareholder communications electronically will:

  • Result in annual cost savings to the Group as less paper documentation will need to be produced and posted;
  • Allow for more efficient communications with shareholders; and
  • Support our corporate social responsibility profile.
