If you are a shareholder, we will retain your personal data for as long as you are a shareholder of Tullow Oil plc and after you cease to be a shareholder in Tullow Oil plc for as long as is necessary to comply with our obligations under applicable law and, if relevant, to deal with any claim or dispute that might arise in connection with your shareholding.
If you are a user of this website or use the contact details in the “Who does this notice apply to?” section above, we will retain your personal data for as long as necessary to respond to your query, and for up to six months afterwards. Copies of any email correspondence may be retained through automated IT back up systems for periods of up to seven years.
