Following the release on 6 March 2024 of Tullow Oil Plc’s (“the Company”) preliminary full year results announcement for the year ended 31 December 2023 (the "Preliminary Announcement"), the Company announces it has published its Annual Report and Accounts for this period (the "Annual Report "). The Company is also pleased to announce it has published its Sustainability Report.

The Company's 2024 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at the Company's registered address at 9 Chiswick Park, 566 Chiswick High Road, London W4 5XT on Thursday 16 May 2024 at 11:00 am.

In compliance with 9.6.1 and 9.6.3 of the Listing Rules and 6.3.5 of the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, a copy of the Annual Report is being submitted to the National Storage Mechanism, in addition to regulated information in full unedited text will be available for viewing shortly at: https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism. The copy of the Annual Report, the Sustainability Report and the Notice of 2024 AGM are available to view on Tullow’s website: www.tullowoil.com.

The Preliminary Announcement included a set of condensed financial statements and a fair review of the development and performance of the business and position of the Company and its group.
