David Bamford – retirement from the Board

David Bamford, Senior Independent Director and Chairman of the Remuneration Committee, will retire from the Board at the conclusion of Tullow’s 2014 Annual General Meeting on 30 April 2014 after over 9 years of distinguished service. From that date, Ann Grant will take over as the Senior Independent Director and Jeremy Wilson will take over as Chairman of the Remuneration Committee.

Graham Martin – change of responsibilities

Graham Martin will relinquish his duties as General Counsel of Tullow with effect from 1 January 2014. Peter Sloan, Deputy General Counsel since 2011, will be promoted to General Counsel from that date. Graham will continue as an Executive Director and Company Secretary of Tullow.
