On 30 September 2015, Tullow Oil announced that the First Lady of the Republic of Ghana, Dr. Nana Lordina Mahama, officially named Ghana's second floating production, storage and offloading (FPSO) vessel at a ceremony in Singapore.

Expro, an international oil field services company, has been awarded with a three year contract with Tullow Ghana, to provide technical services for the Jubilee field operations and the Tweneboa-Enyenra-Ntomme (TEN) development project.

The TEN FPSO will receive, process and store crude oil. The vessel, which is currently being converted from a tanker into an FPSO, will be permanently moored over the TEN fields.
The TEN Project is committed to maximising opportunities for Ghanaian businesses, and all major contractors were required to submit local content plans in their tenders.
