1. I have changed my address; how do I notify you?

Download the change of address form . The completed form should be sent to Computershare Investor Services PLC at the address given on the form. A change of address cannot be actioned in response to a telephone call or a fax.


2. I have changed my name; what do I do?

Download the change of name form . The completed form should be sent to Computershare Investor Services PLC. View the contact details for Computershare Investor Services PLC together with your share certificate and copy of the relevant document e.g. marriage certificate or change of name deed.


3. How can I transfer shares to another member of my family or any other person?

Download the share transfer form . The completed form should be sent to Computershare Investor Services PLC together with your share certificate at the address given on the form. Please note that Computershare can only process the transfer once the stamp duty has been paid or a valid exemption has been declared on the form. 4. I have lost my share certificate(s); how do I obtain a replacement?

You should notify, either in writing or by telephone, that you have mislaid your certificate(s) so that a restriction can be placed on the holding in case of any attempted fraud. You will then be sent a letter of indemnity, which must be completed and returned to Computershare Investor Services PLC so that a replacement certificate can be issued. 5. How do I buy/sell Tullow Oil shares and does Tullow have a share dealing service?

Investors normally buy or sell shares through a stockbroker, bank, building society or a share dealing service.

6. Can I receive shareholder communications electronically?

Yes. In order to register to receive the Company's shareholder publications electronically, you will need to register your email address with Computershare Investor Services PLC. 7. Can you pay dividends directly into my bank account?

Yes, dividends can be paid into a UK or Irish bank account. This will save you the trouble of paying cheques into your bank and also ensures that your dividend entitlement is credited to your account without delay. To register to have your dividends paid directly to your bank account complete the dividend mandate attached to your dividend cheque or download the change dividend mandate instruction form . If you do elect to have your dividends paid to your bank account you will still receive a tax voucher from Computershare. If you wish to be paid electronically in another curreny, you can use Computershare & Citibank's Global Payments Service. This provides shareholders with a fast, secure and cost effective method of receiving your dividend payments in a local currency. 8. Can I find out what dividends have been paid to me?

9. How do I obtain a duplicate dividend tax voucher?

Contact Computershare Investor Services PLC, either in writing or by telephone, stating the date the dividend was paid, and a duplicate voucher will be supplied. A small charge is made for such requests. View the contact details of Computershare Investor Services PLC .


10. Can I get my dividend paid in a currency other than euro or sterling?

11. I am receiving multiple copies of shareholder mailings. How can I stop this?

This is probably because Computershare Investor Services PLC is holding two (or more) accounts for you on the share register arising from inconsistencies in your name/address details. You should notify them in writing confirming that the different registration details relate to one and the same person, quoting both account details, and they will amalgamate the holdings. 12. I have more two or more share certificates. Can these be consolidated into one?

Yes, if your certificated holding is represented by two or more share certificates you may wish to have these replaced by one consolidated certificate. However there is a small charge for this service. You should send your certificates with a letter of instruction to Computershare Investor Services PLC. 13. What happens if a shareholder dies?

14. Can you confirm the number of Tullow Oil shares I hold?

If a simple confirmation of balance is required, a request can be made by telephone or fax to the Computershare Investor Services PLC. Requests for historical information must be made in writing. Alternatively, access your own shareholder account by registering with Computershare Investor Services PLC . To obtain access you will require your shareholder reference number, as detailed on your share certificate or dividend tax voucher.


15. What is ShareGift?

If you have a small number of shares whose market value makes it uneconomical to sell you may wish to consider donating them to ShareGift. Any shares donated to ShareGift will be aggregated and sold when possible with the proceeds donated to a wide range of UK charities.
