The Group Human Resources (HR) Manager, Georgina Baines, is based in the London head office and there are six HR advisors spread across Tullow’s main offices. The HR team aims to support the development of the business in a pragmatic and progressive manner, keeping pace with the changing needs of Tullow as an organisation. HR policies are constantly reviewed to ensure that they are appropriate and underpin Tullow’s core values. Reward and recognition policies, which form part of Employee Terms and Conditions, are regularly reviewed to ensure that we continue to attract and retain talented people and maintain our competitive advantage. We have progressive HR policies and practices, and will continue to improve in all people-related areas.
