Children’s art competition in its second year

The Children’s art competition, for Tullow employee and contractor families, was run again this year with the theme of ‘Working with Communities’. 93 children participated, representing seven countries. All the children received a prize recognising their participation, while the 12 winning entrants received a US$200 donation to the charity or cause of their choice and had their artwork reproduced in the 2007 Tullow calendar. Donations were made to 11 charities and organisations including the Shaukat Khanum Memorial Trust in Pakistan, the Diana Brimblecombe Animal Rescue Centre in England, and the Nural Huda Nursery School in South Africa.
