Refurbishing schools in Pakistan

Of the 12 schools local to the Sara/Suri gas field that are supported by Tullow in Pakistan, eight underwent refurbishment during 2006. All works were carried out by a local contractor and were directly paid for by Tullow. Key activities included the provision of water and sanitation facilities, and undertaking structural repairs and improvements to the buildings.
