Tullow Oil plc announces that, pursuant to the fully underwritten rights issue announced on 17 March 2017, 466,925,724 New Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each will be admitted to listing on the premium segment of the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and on the secondary listing segment of the Official List of the Irish Stock Exchange and will be admitted, nil paid, to trading on the main markets for listed securities of the London Stock Exchange and the Irish Stock Exchange at 8.00am (London time) today.
