Tullow is now recognised as a clear leader in the oil and gas sector. Since 2000, the Group has grown at an exceptional pace and has matched this with a very strong exploration, operational and financial performance. 2012 was another great year for Tullow, with a 74% exploration and appraisal success ratio along with strong operational, strategic and financial performance.
None of this would have been possible without a strong team of skilled and committed employees and today we have a total workforce of over 1,700 people worldwide, with interests in over 150 licences across 25 countries.
We pride ourselves in our ability to attract, retain and develop outstanding talent. This is demonstrated by our staff turnover which has been less than 3.5% per annum over the last five years.
