Electronic communication

You can receive documents via the internet, rather than through the post. This is a faster, more environmentally friendly and, for Tullow Oil plc, a more cost-effective way for shareholders to receive annual reports and other shareholder documents as soon as they are available.

Why e-communications?

Current legislation enables companies to communicate with their shareholders electronically.

An election to receive shareholder communications electronically will:

• result in annual cost savings to the Group as less paper documentation will need to be produced and posted;
• allow for more efficient communications with shareholders; and
• support our corporate social responsibility profile.

Register for eTree

Tullow Oil plc is signed up to eTree, an incentive programme designed to encourage shareholders to receive electronic communications in order to save paper and benefit the environment. For every shareholder who signs up to electronic communications, Tullow Oil plc will donate £1 to the Woodland Trust - Tree for All campaign, which aims to plant 12 million trees over the next five years.

How do I register?

If you are interested in signing up for e-communications, please access the eTree registration page. You will need your Shareholder Reference Number (SRN) which can be found on your share certificate or dividend tax voucher.
